Team
Since its inception in 1998, Indicia Biotechnology has succeeded in building, strengthening and maintaining a dynamic and motivated team who share a common set of values that include commitment, professionalism, reactivity, flexibility, customer focus.
The team dedicated to R&D projects and testing activities are scientist at the level of PHD, Engineer or with a Master II degree specialized in biochemistry and immunology.
The team also includes superior laboratory technician with over 10 years experience.Work method and project management:
The success of a project strongly depends on the understanding and accurate command of customer’s needs, whether they be technical or organisational.
Our procedure is following:1- During a face to face meeting or a conference call with the industrial, we identify needs and requirements in terms of technical objectives, quality, type of reporting, timing, source of raw materials...
2- Based on its years of experience and a systematic internal study with technical team, we establish a complete and precise proposal wich describe context, state of the art, objectives and requirements, acceptance criteria, respective commitments, technical program, timeline, cost (FTE), payment terms...
3- After signature of a contract, at the beginning of each project, Indicia Biotechnology reminds objectives and goals with the client in an ISO document.
During all the process the Project Manager is in direct contact with the client to report the progress of the project. The Chief Scientific Officer is in direct contact with the Project Manager to valid and to follow the technical program. He takes part in meetings with client.
The Coordinator program is committed to implement the human and material resources necessary for successful projects carried out by its team. He is in charge to follow the time consuming, the project cost and to update the planning.
Employee training:
According to the annual objectives of the company and individual wishes, the training needs are discussed between each employee and Executive management during the “Annual performance reviews” of staff.
The internal trainings are provided by a qualified person. The external trainings are conducted by a recognized training center or by providers of equipment.
Each training is recorded and the training effectiveness is measured.
If an employee is absent for a long period (> to 6 months), Indicia has established a procedure to check his technical aptitude.
